She's also been singing another little tune lately that she explained to me is the song she sings when she misses her friend Haycee. Haycee is Millie's imaginary friend. They've been friends for years. Haycee wasn't around much for awhile but she's back. I sometimes wonder if there's an emotional void she's trying to fill with Haycee. Then I remember I had two imaginary friends and I'm fine. Cinda and Paula were my friends and they even had an imaginary mom that always said "yes" when my mom said "no." How convenient for me:)
Dirt on the knees{love}
There is so much work to be done in the garden and after spending a couple hours digging today I don't feel like I made much progress. I love spending time in the garden. There is something so relaxing and spiritual about digging in the dirt. I spend a lot of time reflecting and praying. Millie follows close behind with her bucket, singing and collecting worms. She must have had at least 20 worms in her bucket when she announced that God must be pretty busy because he sure makes lots of worms. Have I mentioned I love this girl?

I just love this little girl too! She just warms your heart! :)
I just love the way we learn about our Father through our kid's perspective. I think they must have an inner-heart connection that somehow gets lost along with the innocence.
Love Millie Mae's Deep Thoughts!
