Catching up {in pictures}

So much fun to catch up on! As always we've been busy and fitting lots of fun stuff in. I'll let the pictures do the talking....

Another amazing welcome home party at the airport. I don't think I'll ever tire of these and this one was so special seeing brother and sister come home together. Amelia has been so diligent about praying for these sweeties and can't wait until we get to have playdates.

Josie was in charge of the balloons....guess where they ended up?

We've been watching some baseball. Wish I could say we've been watching lots of baseball but the weather has been so terrible the games seem to be few and far between.

Lots of Easter celebrating at church and with family.
In true Northwest fashion the girls are sporting their rainboots with their Easter dresses.

We've had some fun playdates and added a couple new members to the family. I never thought we'd be cat owners {sorry cat lovers} but with the little rodent problem we've been having here at the "farm" we decided barn cats might be in order. Little Maximus and Picky-Picky are starting to grow on me and there's certainly no lack of love from the girls.
This past weekend we made a whirlwind trip to Leavenworth to celebrate Bijou's {our niece} 8th birthday. It was such a fun day. Lots of time spent talking and catching up, throwing rocks in the river, toes in the river, bikes, walks and loving on our cousins. Mr. Atticus sure loves his big cousin Sam and  Sammy just adores him.
Today the temperature hit the low 60's and around here that calls for popsicles and sprinklers. I didn't even attempt to talk them out of it. When we have sun for a day we better take full advantage...and they did!
Josie Kate...not so sure about the freezing sprinkler water!

Well, think that about catches me up!

Great pictures! I loved the one of your daughter looking up for the balloons, I am assuming she let go--too cute! Your kiddos are so cute!

Such great pictures! I can't even dream of playing in water in the 60's. Mid 90's is a must for me!
