What finally came, you may be asking? In the adoption world there is one last huge piece of the papework required before we are considered referral ready. That piece of paper is better know as the FDL or Favorable Dertermination Letter. This letter states that yes, indeed Rocky and I have been approved by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services to adopt internationally. As soon as we were put on the wait list we started the paperwork to get this going but after two failed attempts at reading my fingerprints the process was getting very drawn out. I sent in another police background clearance and then we waited some more. I was praying it would arrive on my birthday because that would have just been icing on the birthday cake....but it didn't. Nope, no letter on my birthday but belated gifts are the best and it came the day after! So thankful to have that last piece in place. So now what? More waiting :) And just because a post would be boring without some pictures, how about a few from this last week.....

Nice arm Millie Mae
Maggie's pitching debut~ her composure was rock solid!
Always the fan, Miss Jo! This girl has been to more sporting events in her three{almost}short years than any kid should have to! It will be your turn soon enough JoJo!
